I never want people to feel like they're getting a pop quiz, so here are some of the questions that we will explore during the discovery call in addition to explaining my coaching style, the Positive Intelligence Framework that I use, and a general overview of what to expect from our coaching relationship: - What is the main reason that you decided to book this session and explore how coaching could benefit you? - What are your biggest challenges in your life right now? - Do you have specific goals you know you want to work on? Are you just overwhelmed with life at the moment and don't know where to begin? Somewhere in between? - Have you watched the Better Together Program video? It's okay if the answer is no! This just helps me know how much detail to share. - What other questions can I answer for you?
